Below you'll find answers to the most common  you may have on Cozumel Bar Hop Tour.

What is the cost of the tour?

The tour costs $67 USD per person.

How long does the tour last?

We hop for 4h45m – 5hrs.

What does the tour include?

The tour includes a free shot at every bar, a free t-shirt and lots of fun with my knowledgeable Hop Hosts!

How much is the deposit to secure my seat?

The deposit is $27USD, with the balance to be paid in cash at the start of the tour.

Do I need to have a PAYPAL account to pay the deposit?

You do not need PayPal account in order to pay the deposit, although they make it seem like you do. You can just pay with your credit card.

What is the refund policy?

We can refund the deposit in full with a written request by email, with at least 72 hours notice. Within 72-24 hours, a 50% refund will be given. No refunds will be given if you cancel within 24 hours or for no shows. Full refunds will be given in the event that your cruise ship does not make port, of if WE cancel the tour due to mechanical failure, dangerous weather conditions etc.

What is the minimum amount of passengers needed to run a tour?

We need a minimum of 6 people (total…not just your group) in order to run the tour.

Where do we hop?

We hop exclusively on the East Side, where the scenery is beautiful, and the prices are much cheaper than the touristy west side!

What is the min. age to participate?

The min. age on our standard Bar Hop Tour is 18. If you have people under that age in your group, it may be possible to arrange a private tour. Please AsK!

What do I need to bring?

Please bring sunscreen, a camara, cash to pay the balance due and for drinks, food, gratuities etc. The east side of the island has no electricity, so the beach bars we visit cannot run credit cards. PLEASE BRING ENOUGH CASH!

Is US cash accepted?

Yes, USD and Mexican pesos are accepted throughout the island.

Do you sell t-shirts? (in addition to the free ones?)

Yes, high quality 100% cotton t-shirts are available in different colours and sizes Small – XXL. Cost is $10 – $15USD, and our caps are $15USD.

Is the water and ice purified?

The bars we visit, and all of Cozumel´s restaurants, use purified water and ice. Nobody wants to make their customers sick…. bad for business!

Where and at what time do we meet?

The meeting point is on the patio at Señor Frogs restaurant/bar DOWNTOWN. (not at international Pier!). Our start times vary according to the various cruise ship schedules. You will receive full rendezvous instructions about a week before your ship’s departure.

How much is a one-way taxi ride from the 2 southern piers, Puerta Maya and International SSA?

The cab ride from the two Southern cruise ship piers takes only about 7 minutes, and will cost $8USD total, for 1-4 passengers. Verify the fare BEFORE you get in the cab!

Can I use my credit card?

The east side of the Island has no electricity, so the beach bars we visit there do not accept credit cards. Please bring enough cash!

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking and weather conditions. Consider bringing a hat or sunglasses for sun protection.

Are there any restrictions on what I can bring to the tour?

Please avoid bringing large bags, outside alcohol, or prohibited items.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You are welcome to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, but please purchase something at the bars we visit.

What happens in case of extreme weather

In cases of extreme weather, we prioritize safety and may cancel the tour. You will be fully refunded if we cancel the tour due to dangerous weather conditions.

Is there a guide or host available at all times during the tour?

Yes, our knowledgeable and friendly guides and hosts will be with you throughout the tour to ensure a great experience.

What is the policy for lost items?

While we take care and assist when possible, we are not responsible for items lost during the tour. Please keep your belongings secure.

Are there any age restrictions for alcohol consumption on the tour?

The legal drinking age is 18. Alcohol consumption is permitted only for participants of legal drinking age.
